Smash Pizza with tomato purée, onion, HEa of mozzarella and smoked salmon trimmings served with half a honeydew melon, fast becoming one of my fave's

I made it for the first last week and can't wait to do it again . Yum

I made it up!
Ex lean minced beef, chopped coriander leaf, lazy ginger, finely chopped chilli, diced onion, cumin, paprika, chilli powder and an egg. Made 6 koftes from half a 500g mince pack. Mix all ingredients together and then make your sausage shape. In oven for 15-20 mins. Oh and a little pasatta.

Sauce was ff natural yog, chopped garlic (3 cloves), Tom purée, paprika and lemon juice. Touch of sweetener. Totally made the koftes. Enjoy x

Haha! Honestly I had lunch for breakfast dinner for lunch and breakfast for dinner today, mixed up but well worth it! I only had one of my two slices of wholemeal bread too! Still have one left but I'm going to bed, think I'll be having it for breakfast tomorrow too haha x

No bread in it at all, I don't eat bread as I'm gluten intolerant. I make mine with instant mash.

Well it's meant to be Tandoori Lamb off page 54 of the mag, but it looks more like a curry sauce than a marinade? So it might end up as a curry instead of skewers?? There will be SW pakoras too =D
