ooh that superfood salad sounds lush, am gonna be heading to wetherspoons soon if they have that on offer near me! hehe

And yum at that tagine, sounds amazing!

I am having a roast chicken dinner, but instead of roasties, doing wedges as prefer skin on, and loads of carrots, cabbage, green beans and cauliflower nom nom :D

I have since found out the salad is free but the vinigarette balsamic dressing (which you get in a little pot on the side) is 11 1/2 syns! good job I avoided it because it looked suspiciously oily...

It was thanks! I got my kids to choose whatever they wanted from a free meals book I won in last weeks group raffle, they also did as much of the preparation as they could (7 yr old twins).

I'm going to do this every weekend now, it really encourages them (and us) to try new things as they can't wait to taste their creations it and teaches them some great skills.

Out at wetherspoons and Im waiting for my "superior salad"... Butter squash, spinach, edamame beans, broccoli green beans pomegranete seeds red chard (whatever that is!) with balsamic vinegar... And a steak! All free, i hope...

I mean superfood! Damn autocorrect!!

Went to Wetherspoons twice last week and nearly chose this so would be interested to know what it's like. In the end I opted for the five bean chilli with yellow basmati rice & tortilla chips (6 syns) on the first day then sweet chilli noodles (1 syn) the next day, both very nice & I would have them again.

I have just enjoyed a lovely pizza, only 7 syns!!

Purplebints sweet and sour slow cook pork. Mush chow mein n rice.

We had smash base pizza for lunch. I was happily surprised at how tasty it was. Very happy as I love pizza.:)

And the sweet and sour and mushroom chow mein was yummy :) x

Mushy Pea Curry - with added swede, sprouts, baked beans, tinned tomatoes, brocolli and cauliflower. In tonight's portion I even moistened 2 scan bran - who would have thought with all the veg and fruit we eat that going to the loo would be so flaming difficult....

Crikey skinny if I had it with extra beans & sprouts I would be sure to poo the bed!!!!

That's a great idea :) I have twins too (although too young to help cook lol) my 5 year old loves cooking though and watches endless cookery programmes on the iPad lol

I made sticky 5-spice gammon from the EE meals in mins cook book. I did exactly as the recipe said but it was sooo salty! Has anyone else tried it and found the same?

Homemade pizza and salad.

Saved my syns over 2 days to have my favourite homemade pizza (don't like a wholemeal base so had to syn it but used HXA's for the cheese) so worth it!

don't quite want to go that far... but

Had it down me for around 6hrs now and nothing yet not even a murmur - sure I must have a cast iron stomach...

not sure what it would count as syn wise as would also depend what type you get but i'd recommend a bit of Licorice skinny to help you out a bit.
