Yes, it's really good, it's 4 micro bags in a big bag, that's 2 of them on my plate but I'm greedy! I think they are £1.40 which is about a pound cheaper than the Birds Eye version!

Roast chicken, baked potato, carrots, sprouts and spring greens.

Joes sausage grills, SW chips, salad, I caved in on my second week of no carbs, I really fancied kebab, but polished my halo by making tea, I may have take away for Mothers Day :)

What do you do with the liquid smoke just add it to regular beans? Also how do u make it coleslaw? Your food always looks lush! X

Yep, about 1/2 a tsp of liquid smoke makes really tasty barbecue beans out of any old tin of normal beans :)

My version of coleslaw is whatever is lurking in the bottom of my veg box, hehe. This one was a small white cabbage, a couple of carrots,a red onion, a red pepper and some celery. All chucked in the food processer to roughly chop it all up, I like my coleslaw chunky. For the dressing I use 1/2 a tub of quark, some red wine vinegar and a good sprinkle of garlic pepper.
