Good evening lovelies :)

Well didnt get in until late so I had

Tomato pasta n sauce, roasted veg from today's lunch ( butternut squash, onion and carrot) mixed through with thinly slice babybel lights ( from HEXB) with rocket and balsamic. I know it doesnt look like 1/3 superfree but there is a lot of veg int he pasta and pasta was over the rocket :)

I'm going to attempt fake KFC but I doubt I'm going to be able to get hold of chicken bovril so it may have to be beef (

Trying something new for dinner tonight, a recipe from the World of Flavours SW book, for chilli prawns, trying to decide what to serve with it.

Pizza for tea tonight, the SW way of course!

I usually use a Weight Watchers Tortilla Wrap topped with chopped tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, peppers, sweetcorn and cheese - but tonight I'm going to try it using a Warburtons Squarish Wrap as the base. Haven't tried this before, so really looking forward to seeing what it's like
