ooh need the recipe for this - share....

I enjoyed a lovely Diet coke chicken with boiled rice and then strawberries and blackberries with strawberry muller light. Yummy!! Although it is actually a pepsi max chicken!!!

I just made it up, I bake some coley steaks (cheap frozen ones) in the oven in a foil parcel then flake that into some leftover steamed swede mashed up (could use normal mash potato). Add some herbs, a chopped chilli and some chopped fresh coriander. Sometimes I chuck a beaten egg in the mix too. Shape into fishcakes, place on a frylighted baking tray and cook for 30 mins or so at 200 till golden brown.

so going to try these this weekend....

Chicken breast stuffed with a ww sausage wrapped in bacon with new potatoes and petit pois or peas haha then strawberries after yum yum yum xx

Think I'm making the super free cauliflower curry (gonna add onions, broccoli, chicken, peppers I think) vegetable pakoras (both recipes off here) with some plain boiled rice :)
