Whats for tea tonight?

spaghetti bolognese made with seeds of change pasta sauce [4 syns per serving] minced beef [ff on ee] wholewheat pasta [ff] and steamed veg [ff]
not sure about pud yet, i have some ambrosia low fat rice pud but i have to check the syns and will prob have it with some frozen berries [thawed obviously!] or i might have some quark sweetened with splenda mmm:D
 
Roast turkey, roast spuds, parsnips, broccoli leeks courgette and carrots.
 
Often hold on to my healthy extras on a sunday for supper, was fancying cheese and tomatos on toast but no cheese!! Will baby bels melt on top of the toast under the grill? Like if I slice them up?

Not really:/ they will soften but they still kind of hold their shape :)

Quorn pieces, sw sauce made from scratch, spaghetti, cauliflower, broccoli and carrot. Oh and a chip on the plate whoops!! Eyes def bigger than my belly - couldnt finish it!

Ooo never been to nandos but the bottomless frozen yogurt sound lush unless its 2 syn per spoon lol!
 
Had gammon sw chunky chips n beans better have a bowl of frozen berries for 1/3 sf! Then still have 15 syns left for wk....weigh in in the morning guess id better have a creme egg then pmsl

You do know you are missing the whole point of extra easy if you are having fruit AFTER your meal right? Lol

How odd - I have just been looking for something nice to do with my tin of green lentils and now you have inspired me..

Spring onions, tomatoes, peppers, cumin seeds, bit of mint and a tbsp of red wine vinegar ! First time trying puy lentils and even the hubby liked them :)))
 
I had Linda M roast, with a jacket pot ,veg, stuffing balls made with cous cous. Not keen on the roast , but everything else was yummy :0)
 
Sunday roast with chicken gammon boiled new pots green beans broccoli peas corn gravy and one wee small yorkshire pudding.

I need a blooming large stiff brandy now though as my fuse box blew up mid cooking and I've finished doing Sunday roast for 10 using extension cords and towards the end...... a torch!!!!!! Electrician can't come till the morning. :(
