Main of spatchcock poussin roasted with garlic, rosemary and lemon, fry light roasties, jersey royals, baby carrots, broccoli, cauli and green beans with homemade gravy (0.5 syns per portion as used 2 tsp cornflour for 4 servings)
Pud of fresh fruit salad and fat free yoghurt.

There's loads on the recipe sub forum but this is the one I used and it was delicious. Even my OH loved it!
Tub chicken livers (I bought mine from Asda frozen for 50p...bargain)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
Couple of tblsp quark
Salt and pepper
Some Mixed herbs & 1 bayleaf
(Add a shot of brandy if you want to syn it!)
You can also add some bacon
Frylight onion, garlic with herbs and bay leaf until soft.
Add livers (and bacon if using) till cooked - remove bay leaf!
Add S&P, Blitz in blender with quark to taste.
