Fakeaway... Curried chips. Tandorri chicken, lettuce tomato, onion & cucumber mint mix, garlic dip an cheese.. Absolutely delicious!!!!!

tonight i will be having a prawn korma using muller greek style coconut yohurt (0.5 syn) with rice and vegetable pakoras, with a side salad

Do u think u cud use that to make Thai red curry instead of the coconut milk?? I'm dying for one but haven't seen a recipe I like yet.

Almost certainly although always trial and error but i also use these instead of coconut milk x

Hairy dieters sweet and sour was lovely, and ended up being 1 syn for the sauce not 3.5 as mother in law swapped the oil for fry light was stuffed, couldn't even eat it all, and it wasn't a HUGE plateful!! Xxx
