Well I had a bit of a throw together tea as forgot to get meat out of freezer and didn't have much to me to cook and it was really yummy!

Quorn meatballs (free) with onion,peppers,mixed veg and passatta,paprika,chilli flakes and mixed herbs and worcestershire sauce with rice fusions golden vegetable with hex of cheese over the top and I loved it!
