Whats for tea tonight?

I'm all set to make the SW KFC with couscous instead of bread crumbs that I learnt about on here- hope it turns out as yummy as it sounds.

Quorn Roast with Roast Potatoes, Parsnips, Onion, Mashed Swede and Peas and Carrots. For pudding I am having crushed Alpen lights on top of Cherry Muller Light with Banana and Apples. Cannot wait :)

We have just had the Cauli, potato and black-eyed bean curry from the new All in One cookbook, it was delicious, not hot and spicy but sooo tasty.

Ingredients:
Pasta
Spring onions x5
Sweetcorn
250g Tub of quark
100g of fat free fromage frais
Cheese - I used mozzarella and used my healthy extra 'a' amounts
Tuna

Cook the pasta like normal, adding spring onions and sweetcorn half way through.
While this is cooking mix together the quark, fromage frais, tuna and half of the cheese, then season!

When the pasta is cooked mix the mixture through thoroughly, then pour this into a oven bake tray. Then add the other half of the cheese.

Cook in the oven or the grill until crisp :) hope that helps! (you couldn't taste the flavours of the quark or the fromage frais at all, it just a nice cheesy sauce!)

Oooh ill sure be looking on the website for that. They have a
recipe on there for syn free pannacotta at the min, they look nice x

Chocolate torte was nice! 6 syns a slice is not bad. I wondered about panacotta but thought was a bit to risky to try 1st time on guests! The chocolate torte was a gamble but i did have a backup cake, just in case!!!
