My god - I bought a beef joint from Asda last week (one of those with the red net stuff around it) cooked it in the slow cooker all night to make a dinner with. I made a dinner for 3 of us, there is enough for son and hubby for their sandwiches for work tomorrow, and enough left for which im gonna freeze to make a curry, and another dinner or a stew ----- Cost £6 bargain!!!!

I've had macaroni cheese - macaroni with brocolli cauliflower green beans jn a cheese sauce made from yogurt quark eggs and mustard

I made butternut squash risotto with some leftover pork from yesterday's roast, spinach, onion and chilli and a bit of feta crumbled in. It was lovely and there are leftovers, yuuuum.

It's exactly what it says on the tin... Except you don't buy it in a tin
Basically, butterfly a chicken breast, top with either chopped tomatoes/pasatta/tomato puree, and then your pizza toppings and HexA of cheese. Bake for 20 mins and voila! Pizza topped chicken. Gorgeous! xx

The chips were nice and spicy and you wouldn't think they were swede and carrot! Mmmm! Xx

Just put some chicken to marinate in garli peri peri sauce(1 syn) for dinner tonight probably will be with veg as I'm on a red day
