I've got a couple of these spice mixes, not used yet as I'm not sure how much to use. Do you use the whole pot??? X

Looks gorgeous! Can you share recipe please?

Ditto! Please share the recipe x

Here you go ladies, I can't say it's Michelin star cooking but blooming lovely nonetheless! The thought of leftovers tonight is actually getting me through the day, lol.

2 brown onions/white onions (never quite know what to call these!) - I know most people would brown these in a little Frylight..I've actually tried to cut out Frylight almost completely unless absolutely necessary so I actually boil my onions in a tiny drop of salted water until they're soft
A "couple" of level tablespoons of mild curry powder
A "couple" level tablespoons of madras curry powder
(I probably use a bit more than a couple but I like mind with a bit of heat...I tend to just keep adding as I go along and stop when I like the taste! Don't be scared with the curry powder though as I do find it needs a good glug!!)
A handful of green beans
1 tin of baked beans
2 tins of mushy peas
1 tin of plum tomatoes (I like the chunks!)
A "bit" of sweetener (again to taste, I use quite a lot...probably about 2 tablespoons..?)...
I actually cheated and bought pre-cooked cheapo chicken pieces...worked perfectly though as it only enhanced the takeaway-ness!
And as far as I can remember that's all I chucked in! Gosh it was delicious though!! X x x

P.S. I put everything in in exactly that order ^^^ as soon as everything is heated through its ready to serve. I cooked mine for a bit longer though to get it really thick and..gloopy? :)

Realised that I need to keep a better eye on my syns as those "little" treats that slip in throughout the day soon start to add up and most of the time I'm oblivious to the fact I've probably already gone over my syns!!

Yesterday I only used 1 (8 green olives)
Today I have used 0 so far but 2 quality street seem to have snuck there way onto my desk ! Also, I ordered some Christmas presents from New Look which arrived at work today....alongside a double bounty bar! Oh no!! Will try to avoid and save for a much rainier day x x x the same cannot be said about the quality streets! X

Oops meant to post that in my diary!!!!! Ha ha!!!! Sorry!!!! I have recently got a new phone and I'm obviously not great with this new technology!! X

Bacon, ham, spinach & mushroom pasta. Will stir in fat free fromage frais at the end to make it creamy. Yuuuum. Want to go home and cook and eat now!

Turned out like this ...
