Thanks it was, it did have some syns in as I used groundnut oil and a teaspoon of sesame oil for an authentic chinese taste, but 4 syns and it could be free if done with fry light

Made a gorgeous home made chilli with peppers, mushroom, onion, spring onion, carrot, courgette, garlic, chilli, kidney beans, chickpeas, tins of tomatoes and quorn mince. All free and bursting with superfree. So so good and a great way to start the new year

I am getting a shopping delivery but not till 8-9 so I may have to do a pasta n sauce beforehand or wait and do the cauliflower creamy curry whpich I am looking forward to! Very much looking forward to cooking up a lot of healthy foods this week!
