It was Yorkshire pud(4), steamed potatoes, roast potatoes in fry light, 1 spoon of stuffing(not sure of syn value), lamb leg, steamed broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, leeks, and mint sauce(1), gravy(2)
Roast chicken and all trimmings. Done in a totally non SW friendly way. Which is bad, seeing as I already have a 3lb gain and tomorrow is weigh in. But I will enjoy it! Then back on track tomorrow morning!
