Those chips look amazing! I had chicken and mushroom pasta tonight. Was very tasty and very mushroomy. Could do with more superfree next time though!

Looks gorgeous!! I love mushrooms. They do make me poof a bit tho lol. I swear id put them in everything if my husband let me x

Haha, thanks! I had a packet of dried porcini mushroom pieces (teeny little bits) from Sainsburys and soaked them in some beef stock, 'fried' some onions, chestnut mushrooms and lean bacon with some garlic and then some chicken... once they were all cooked, poured in the stock and pieces, simmered and stirred in some low fat creme fraiche once off the heat. Add to the pasta with some pepper and sprinkled some basil on top.

Pastagirl, are your chips actifried? They really do look amazing! x

It's ff natural yoghurt mixed with garlic, mixed herbs and salt and pepper so it's like a garlic dip

Sounds gorgeous. I never use creme fraiche as u have to syn it, don't u?

No hun, chips are oven cooked. I use a wee chip cutter that gets the chips all even, spray them on a tray with salt and cook at 180 for 45 mins or so. More slow and low. Plus i keep going back and spraying more oil and shaking the chips. They are Yum!!! X

How do you make egg fried rice? Xx

Make up wholemeal rice normally. Fry light frying pan and fry onions, mushrooms and garlic. Add rice, bit of Worcester sauce and then crack two eggs over rice and mixed it in around rice and fry on medium heat until egg sets

Low fat creme fraiche is pretty low in syns. I used 100mls which is 4 syns but made about 4 portions (might have eaten a little more than one though... woops) so it's not too too bad! x

Will be having pork chops that I am going to batter until thin then marinade in garlic and herbs, and grilled. Maybe served with butternut squash risotto and roasted veg. That's what I am planning now hopefully I will still want it when I get home from work!

Love hm burgers. Last time I made them I used 1/2 hex a if cheese inside the burger. Lush....

Chip cutter was about £8 delivered lol. From ebay! Ill wait until thwarting actifry goes down in price then buy it.

Im so tight with my syns id use fromage frais instead lol. Might try creme fraiche soon again tho as i forget what it tastes like. Do u have to sweeten it? X
