Whats for tea tonight?

onions, garlic, chopped up mushrooms, and chicken breast fried in fry light then add rissot rice mix all round and then add stock and let it all soak up.. keep adding the stock bit by bit and stir it all through... its gorgeous and so filling

sounds good...might give that a bash...thanks ;) x

Think I'm actually just going to make another batch of the salmon pasta I had last night as I still have a salmon steak le to use up. What I made last night was for two for sure (I portioned half up for hubbies lunch today) so think I'll have that again as its scummy anyway so don't mind x
 
It's out of a takeaway favourites booklet out of the magazine a couple of issues ago xx
