I found the recipe for the KFC chicken. Going to give it a go. This curry also looks fab - we are huge curry fans in our house. Do you have the recipe for this one Hun.

Going out to Zizzi tonight for dinner with friends as I've got a voucher for 2 courses for £10.95. I've looked at the calories online and decided on Angelo's Mussels for my starter and Risotto Pesce as my main. They are both relatively low in calories and fat so hopefully they're low in syns too!
