Philly light garlic and herbs
Mushrooms (or whatever veg you have in the fridge)
100ml beef stock
1tsp Dijon mustard
Steak (all visible fat removed)
Add the onion and let sweat for a few minutes then add the steak and mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes then add the Philly, beef stock and Dijon mustard and mix together untill the Philly has melted
I used up some left over ham I cooked in the slow cooker yesterday. Had it with rice stuffed roasted peppers & bns chips cooked in paprika, garlic & onion - Nom Nom !
Ended up having SW chips, fish (batter removed) and mushy peas from chip shop Just made an homemade lemsip warming up diet lemonade in a pan and adding a few orange segments. My father in law recommended it and it was nice syn free too
