That sounds amazing!

It's really easy to. Just rubbed about a table spoon of garlic powder, sweetener, smoked paprika, cumin and a teaspoon of cayen pepper and allspice into a loin of pork and bung it in the slow cooker for ages. Very tasty!

I've workmen in today who are ripping up my kitchen floor to relay new tiles only I've a feeling it's to be a no go zone for a while so not entirely sure how I'm going to prepare meals later! Haha

i've got books at home but do you know...is a tbsp of any sweet chilli sauce 1 syn? i have some in the fridge but the sw website didn't recognise the brand so unsure...and i do like it over chicken etc x
