i made the sw kebab meat....not very successfully seeing as i STUPIDLY prepared all the herbs/spices, mixed them through the meat ready to leave in the fridge all day then realised that i hadn't put in HALF of everything seeing as i had 250g of mince and NOT 500g!
the result was an extermely garlicy/oregano one which had left an after taste you can only imagine! lol.
so annoyed with myself....what an idiot lol! was looking forward to this all bloody week...saved my HEb all day to have the ww pitta so it was all syn free (had it with sw chips and salad)
