Salmon, but can't decide what to have it with...

Thinking grilled till the skin is super crispy, with just a squeeze of lemon, S&P, with new potatoes and heaps of green beans and a dollop of light mayo...

Though that would require going to the shops for potatoes.. Hum. :sigh:

Sounds yum! I usually have the Blue Dragon chow mein sauce (5 Syns) on a stir-fry if I've got Syns for the evening...

I casually looked up the Syns for the Tesco Chow Mein sauce sachet yesterday.

It was gorgeous hun! Sirloin steak with a massive salad with green beans, asparagus, mushrooms and grilled halloumi. Red pepper salsa, balsamic roaste tomatoes and hexb wholemeal pita. Amazing!
