I made BritMums Chicken & Red Pepper Risotto

Chicken, Roasted Red Pepper and Sun-Dried Tomato Risotto topped with Crumbled Feta | Slimming Eats - Slimming World Recipes

But I didn't use oil and used dry sundried tomatoes and soaked them in the stock and swapped the feta for blue cheese!

Tea will be lamb style quorn, mushroom & spinach curry. Sauce made using mushy peas & chopped tomatoes & 2 korma oxo cubes

Will have this later with savoury rice.

Plenty left for few lunches at work

Fillet steak, SW chips, mushrooms, huge salad. It was lovely!

cooked beef brisket in the oven all day, had that with sw roasties, carrots, brussels, peas and sweetcorn. it was deeeeelish! and the meat was so tender it just crumbled! yum!

Oh My God! Just had such a nice tea, just like a take away from the Chinese. The sauce is in the Asian Cook Book. Its the sweet n sour sauce, but I have made it once with the orange juice but I couldnt taste that so I just left it out and added a little more sweetener. I did chicken, mushrooms, beansprouts (for us both) and added peppers to hubbys. It was sooooooooo nice, he said it was like being in a Chinese restaurant.
