got mine from Farm Foods shop. £1 a box of powder that you make up. Its really nice

I'm having superfree packed chilli with salt & pepper potato wedges topped with HexA mozzarella & reduced fat sour cream (2 syns). Weigh in at 7pm so will have it after that! will post a pic later tooxxx

Husband has got a chicken stir fry with noodles but I don't fancy that so I having an Innocent Moussaka veg pot with a bag of spinach and as I'm doing SE today also going to have a big bowl of fresh pineapple with Anchor light cream to use up some syns
