Whats for tea tonight?

My absolute favourite - oven baked risotto with mushrooms, chicken, cherry tomatoes and cheese in it. Served with roasted butternut squash with garlic and vine-ripened tomatoes. I called into the farm shop earlier (where I bought the squash) and bought some local strawberries so for after, we'll have an Eaton Mess, all for 3 Syns. Bliss! Shame my partner doesn't come in until 8.45 tonight - the anticipation may kill me off! :D

Can I ask how you make this please? Love risotto but the faffing standing at the hob for ages puts me off!

Hi Amy. I've actually just put it on the thread I started a few weeks ago, which is in Slimming World Recipes and the thread is called Delicious meals with minimum ingredients. It's the last recipe on the thread. If you try it I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's yummy!

That's the one!! The gravy isn't amazing (doesn't remotely compare to homemade!) but the chicken's nice! :)
 
Gammon steak tonight, fat removed. Chips for my other have, steamed brocolli & carrots for me topped with baked beans. YUM!
 
2 quorn sausages (2) mini jacket potato (0.5) broccoli & carrot mash with onion gravy
 
I'm having Spanish chicken :)


Onion, garlic, peppers and tomatoes (super free)
Chicken, stock, rosemary, bay leaves, rice (free)
Chorizo (25g per portion) 2.5 syns

I have small bit of rice and lots of broccoli instead .

So yummy :) will post recipe if anyone wants it x
 
We're having slow cooked beef enchiladas, potato wedges and salad cannot wait!
 
Most likely the Innocent Moussaka veg pot I was meant to have for lunch before I got a craving for chips :)
