Whats for tea tonight?

I never know how to do pasta bake. Often fancied it .


I use dolmio low fat sauce.

Cook the pasta and whatever veg you want to put in, spray the oven dish with frylight, add the pasta, sauce and veg, weigh out your hexa of cheese, pop in on top and put in the oven for 30 mins :)

If you don't want to waste syns on the dolmio sauce, then you can make your own sauce with tinned tomatoes and fromage frais x

Tomato and herb rice fusions
Red onion
Cucumber
Tomatoes

For Pud

Cherry Muller Light
And a melon pot

A big favourite- Steak and shallot pie with mash and veggies :)

Just had roast pork ( no fat), SW roasties and heeps of veg, plus two pints of water.....nothing else to touch the lips till breakfast!
 
Sticky 5 spice gammon with noodles & steam veg. So simple but tastes awesome :)

Just has sw fry up, poached eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, bacon delicious and stuffed now!
 


Quorn bolognaise and courgette spaghetti (again! I know I also had it last night with my salmon, but it is so yummy!) Everything weighed and measured and calculated on MFP to be 295 calories. And fat free, of course. So I treated myself to a Yoomoo Devil frozen yoghurt for dessert :)

Looks lovely but just wondering if you are on as because you mention having pud because of cals but wouldn't that be down to what syns you'd had?
 
Beef potatoes cauli carrots broccoli but of gravy. Oh and peas :)
