Whats for tea tonight?

Oh could I please have ur recipe for pulled pork!
This is the recipe I used
Joint of pork (fat removed)
3 tbls of balsamic vinegar
5 tbls of worstershire sauce
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbls of mustard or mustard powder
2 tbls of sweetner
500g jar of passatta.
Put all of the above in a pan an cook for 10/15 mins, whilst doing that sear the pork, then transfer the lot to your slow cooker, cook for about 7 hours.
It really is amazing and tastes even better the next day:)

They actually don't really taste like marmite! I only used about half a teaspoon, it just kinda coats them and adds a depth of flavour that isn't quite marmite!! Nobody else here likes marmite but they loved these :) xx

Looks fab x

It was yummy! I could have ate way more - good job I didn't make extras :giggle: xx
