Who made your random curry - is it homemade or a ready meal? Either way, I don't think the syns value will push you over your daily limit, and you are planning to add the rice and salad anyway, so I doubt one single meal is going to damage your weight loss. I would probably do the same because I hate to waste and just simply to get it out of the freezer and make space for home cooked SW meals.

My partner cooked it, he usually adds oil and maybe some sugar instead of sweetner. I think you're right though I shouldn't worry too much about 1 meal.

Thanks x

It's just 3 leeks sliced and cooked in frylight, then the prawns and trout added in (sometimes I use cod or salmon though, basically whatever is on offer!). Once that's cooked I added a tub of light Philadelphia with garlic and herb and stirred it through then put it in a Pyrex dish.

For the potato I parboiled a giant one and grated it. Added a little butter frylight and some salt. Spread it on top of the pie.

Then I baked it at gas 5 for about 30/40 mins. I turned it up to about gas mark 9 for the last 10 though to brown it.

Sorry if that's a bit rambled. It's been a long day!!! X
