It looks like a wrap, which you put over an upside down bowl in the oven to crisp up and set into the bowl shape! Sure the OP will correct me if I am wrong tho :) I've seen it done at a Mexican place before! Different wraps have different syns, don't think any count as a Hexb so its 1syn per 20 cals x
 
You can have a bfree wrap as a Heb you can only get them from asda in the free from section

If it's a wrap,Asda do some in the Bfree range which are a hexb for one wrap :)
 
Spicy Ragu pasta and veg, carrots broccoli cauliflower and peas! The sauce had onions and tomatoes in... Not letting my stay the same get me down! Must stick to SE must must must!
 
Roast gammon steak (fat removed) roast garlic butternut squash cubes 2 fried eggs mushrooms beetroot pickles and grated cheese (hexa)

For dinner 9.5 syns !!! I thought my mum used the free sausages from m&s but it was 8 reduced fat butchers classic pork sausages at 2 syns each I had about 2 in my dinner Corn on the cob for starters with light butter x1 t.spoon (1) The rest was this Bacon Potatoes And loads of super free veg Cabbage Carrots Tomatoes Mushrooms Green peppers Onions Garlic Mixed herbs Oregano Basil Sage X2 tins of chopped tomatoes Worcester sauce X1 oxo Half fat chese HEA View attachment 148758 View attachment 148760 Then for dessert I had x3 m&s chocolate discs 30 cals each so (4.5) So 19.5 syns today :-( oh noooo
