This sounds lovely hun...how did you make it? Xx

Ingredients:
3 TBSP honey
3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
3 TBSP soy sauce
Chicken breasts cut into cubes (use however much chicken as you like to suit you)

1. Mix together the honey, vinegar and soy sauce. Toss the chicken cubes into the mix to coat thoroughly, and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

2. Heat a frying pan, add the chicken cubes and marinade. Cook on a high heat for 20 minutes, until all the liquid has absorbed into the chicken. Stir regularly to avoid the chicken burning!

3. When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, put on skewers served with whatever veg you like (pineapple, peppers, onion ect)

2 syns on ee/red :)

And for the salt & pepper wedges... It's as simple as it sounds!
Just cook SW wedges/ chips as you normally do, but coating them in salt & pepper... adding olive oil makes them crispier but they're fine with fry light too :)
