    Hi folks!

    In my life before diet, I would eat breakfast and dinner as meals but I'd snack my way through lunch. I've never been much good at lunch and now I can't graze on chocolate and crisps, I'm very uninspired! Week two is almost over and I'm tired of salads, chicken wrap and tomato soup.

    What do you love to have for lunch??

    I love to a 40g portion of pasta, with a homemade point free tomato sauce loadsa veg! Simmer passata with carrots, onions and peppers...adds a nice taste plenty of black pepper and a dash of salt! If you want to add more try a slice of gam chopped or some quoth chicken pieces-there cheap and tasty!

    I have zero pp soup. I make up 3 or 4 different flavors on the weekend, freeze them, and microwave them for my dinner with a roll for 3pp. Get my variety from the different flavors!
