Whats happening?

Hi Started the week with a new diary.
Written everything down, kept within syns. Have felt 'bloated for 3 days so got up this morning and I know I shouldn't but weighed myself - showing 3lb heavier.:confused:
The only thing I have eaten loads of is plums (we have a tree in the garden and they are all ripe), wondering whether this could be it?
Any ideas?

Hi hun are you due on maybe this could be the case for gaining 3Lbs. Also you said you feel bloated make sure you drink loads of water that should deal with that over a few days that 3Lbs should be gone.

I am on the pill that you take every day so TOTM doesn't happen as such.
I know I don't drink enough water - will make sure I drink loads in the next few days.
Weigh in on Monday night would like to get some 'weight off' by then.

Just drink as much water as you can between now and sunday night. Try not to drink loads on monday as it will make you weigh more by the end of the day.

Thanks for the tip about not drinking much water on Monday - back at work from Monday - where did the 6 weeks holidays go to?:eek:
I find I do better on the plan while at work.:p
Off to Asda to get the weekly shop - have all my menus planned for the week.
