I might be being totaly thick here, ive never asked my cdc !!

i know we are supposed to drink so many ltrs a day, but WHY?

ive been told different things
1- to stop you feeling hungry, obviously
2- to 'pee the fat out'

just so i know really!!

Hi Hun. I'm defo not an expert, but my understanding is to keep the body and liver hydrated so that the liver can process the ketones/excess fat so that it can be removed safely from the body. It does also help energy levels and I find if I'm feeling a bit crappy it brightens me up. Something I've never felt on a conventional diet!!
Have a good day, Sauce xx
