I know that there is no short answer really to this one but if you could give me some idea of the average, I would be very grateful. I have been doing CD for the past 9 weeks and have been pleased with my losses. However, I will be going on holiday next week (full board) and feel confident enough to eat well while away, while trying to stick to low carb. Obviously I have been in ketosis so would like to stay that way while away and I know I'm jumping the plans without going through pre-maintenance but would appreciate some guidance on how many carbs might still keep me in ketosis. In all aspects of health, activity etc. I am well (although not massively active) and I am tall (5'11"). I plan to get back to CD when I return.
