Sat: Steak & chips in peppercorn sauce
Sun: Feta stuffed chicken in prosciutto with veg
Mon: Pearl barley broth
Tue: Lentil, potato & kale soup
Wed: Potato frittata with pesto & goat's cheese
Thu: One pot Morroccan chicken
Fri: Mussaman curry
Sat: Healthy Beef Wellington
Sun: Liver & bacon with onion gravy & mash
Mon: Sat night one pot chicken stew with dumplings

Vegetable chips, Ham and egg (WW) Wraps.

F: Teriyaki Salmon and sir fry veg
S: Cheese and Bacon stuffed Jacket Potato and Salad
S: Roast for lunch
M: Slow Cooker chicken casserole
T: Roast BNS Risotto (this may change as it's my birthday and I may go out)
W: Pork Chops and Roasted veggies

Sunday - Rainbow Trout, Paprika Potatoes and Salad

Tuesday - Butternut and Sage Risotto

Wednesday - Homemade Beef, Bacon and Cheese Burgers (after weigh in!)

Thursday - Salmon, Pesto Mash and Roast Vine Tomatoes

Friday - Sirloin Steak, Stilton and Mushroom Sauce, Roasted New Pots and Veg

So I'm glad I ate at home tonight and I will Monday week but save me a place the rest of the time lol!

It was yum! It had never occurred to me to put liver in curry but someone mentioned it on here as a cheap variation so I gave it a go, I lurrrrrrrrve liver anyway! :drool: It was lovely but next time I think Id mix it a bit with some meat and/or veg. It was a lorralorra liver! :D

Yeah the pearl barley thing I've pushed back since the last menu :D All the stuff is here and the picture is pretty but its just not grabbbing me :D
 
For once I've actually planned a full weeks meals in advance :)

Today: chilli
Monday: macaroni cheese with bacon & veg
Tuesday: leftover chilli
Wednesday: pork supreme (don't ask) with mash & veg
Thursday: salmon & chive pasta
Friday: fish, SW chips, veg
Saturday: spaghetti bolognese
 
Looks like Wednesday will change as we're having the Pork Chops today (I forgot to get a joint!),
Maybe I'll get a takeaway on Tuesday and have the Risotto Wednesday.

Anyway the following week:

Th: Spag Bol with courgette and carrot ribbons added to the spag, and lots of mushrooms and peppers
F: Vegetable Curry, Rice and Raita
S: To be decided (tricky as Hubby home and he's a fussy beggar)
S: Roast with a zillion veg
M: Veggie Chilli and rice
T:(W) Tesco Light Choices Chicken in tomato sauce (1 syn) new pots and a head of broccoli and carrots
W: Pork chops, Potato and onion boulangere, cauliflower cheese and roast carrots,

Lunches will include: French onion soup (1.5 syns for flour), Veggie burgers, JP and beans and salad (sainsburys),
 
S: SW Sweet and Sour Chicken (EE Day)
M: SW KFC Chicken (Red Day)
T: Fry Up (Red Day)
W: Burger and Wedges (EE Day)
Th: Spaghetti Bolognese (EE Day)
F: Egg and Chips (Green Day)
 
I have almost 2 weeks meals planned!! We are quite skint this month so have been planning 2 meals out of 1, using leftovers a lot and making the most of our frozen super free sauce portions :)

Today: smoked fish risotto
Tues: steak, SW chips, veggies (birthday dinner!!)
Weds: spaghetti bolognese
Thurs: chilli, using leftover bolognese
Fri: river cobbler, veggies, mash
Sat: SW carbonara
Sun: risotto using veg delivery (could be anything!)
Mon: salmon & chive pasta
Tues: spaghetti bolognese
Weds: cottage pie using leftover bolognese (not sure if this will work)
Thurs: risotto using veg delivery again

And after this I'm going to try a Green week, or a few days at least. Will post my plan when I have one :cool:

Tues- Jacket potato, salad, beetroot,prawns,boiled egg.

Weds- Homemade lasangne and salad

Thurs - weigh in night and synned kebab from the kebab shop.

Friday - homemade fish in breadcrumbs oven baked with SW chips and veggies

Sat - homemade burgers SW chips and salad

Sunday - Roast pork,homemade synned yorkshire and loads of veggies.

I never meal plan and this has been my downfall this past few weeks as money and therefore food available has become more scarce so now as part of my getting back on track I have (been paid!) gone shopping, had my slow cooker on since yesterday morning and I've got a weeks worth of meals planned. Off work this week so can give myself a good restart ready for following week!

Sun - Lunch- speed soup Dinner - Slow cooked beef with chilli garlic and lime served with rice

Mon - Speed Soup Dinner - Chicken and veg stir fry with soy and satay sauce (1 syn) served with noodles

Tues - Lunch -Baked potato with tuna, salad and light seafood sauce Dinner- Bolognese

Wed - Lunch -not sure, prob a pasta n sauce with added veg Dinner - Speed soup blended used as sauce for chicken and pasta.

Thurs - lunch - SW ploughmans - Salad, hexA cheese, beetroot, pickle (1syn), ham Dinner- Veggie green thai curry and noodles

Fri - Lunch- Ham onion and tomato omelette Dinner -Beef and veg casserole

Sat - Lunch - Whatever is left over from bulk cooking, either casserole or speed soup Dinner - Chilli and rice


Feeling nice and calm and organised having planned, this might be the start of something! :)

Last week was my first week properly on plan in about a month. I follow EE and really found that planning my meals in advance kept me focused and on track, so have done the same this week. I'm going for:

Yesterday:
B - Apple, Strawberries, Grapes and a small Banana
L - Jacket Potato with Cheese (HExA), Baked Beans and Salad
D - Pasta Bolognese. Peanut HiFi (HExB). 4 Haribo (8 Syns?)

Today:
B - Apple, Strawberries, Grapes and a small Banana
L - Jacket Potato with Cheese (HExA), Baked Beans and Salad
D - Eating out tonight, but will be making sensible choices and opting for a Salad/Jacket Potato/Tomato based Pasta. Kellogg's Fibre Plus (HExB)

Friday:
B -Apple, Strawberries, Grapes and a small Banana
L - Jacket Potato with Cheese (HExA), Baked Beans and Salad
D - Chicken Skewers with Mushrooms, Onion and Peppers served with Potato Wedges and homemade Salsa. Peanut HiFi (HExB)

Saturday:
B -Chopped Banana and Strawberries topped with a Vanilla Muller Light.
L - Small Wholemeal Roll (HExB) with 1 tsp Flora (1 Syn) and Bacon. Salad
D - Chicken Breast stuffed with Cheese (HExA) and wrapped in Bacon. Served with Roast Potatoes, Peppers, Mushrooms, Red Onion and Tomatoes

Sunday:
B - Chopped Banana and Strawberries topped with a Vanilla Muller Light. Alpen Light (Half of HExB)
L - Sunday Lunch - Meat with Potatoes, Vegetables and Gravy (3 Syns)
D - 1 Weight Watchers Tortilla Wrap (5 Syns) topped with Chopped Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Onion, Peppers, Sweetcorn and Cheese (HExA) served with Potato Wedges. Alpen Light (Half of HExB)

Monday:
B - "Magic Porridge" (HExB) with a chopped Banana, Strawberries and Blueberries.
L - Jacket Potato with Cheese (HExA), Baked Beans and Salad
D - Baked Cod with Salt & Pepper Potato Wedges, Mushy Peas, Carrots, Broccoli and Sweetcorn

Tuesday (Weigh In):
B - Apple, Strawberries, Grapes and a small Banana. Alpen Light (Half of HExB)
L - Chicken Salad with Sweet Chilli Sauce (3 Syns). 3 LCL (HExA). Alpen Light (Half of HExB)
D - EL Beef Burgers with Red Onion stuffed with 2 LCL (HExA) and served with Potato Wedges and homemade Salsa
 
must do a week plan of what im going to eat think it might keep me more on track instead of skipping meals all of your dinners sound so adventurous too x
