I spend most of Sunday in the kitchen cooking, plus I put a few things in the slow cooker as well, & hubby has tomorrow off so he will be cooking some of it then. I also cook double batches, so I don't need to cook 7 meals each week, maybe just 4, plus some lunches.
Tbh, we use the same 6 veg for most meals, so the prep (which is the bit that take time), is easy. If you're cutting up 2 peppers, you might as well do 4![]()
