Am starting Dukan tomorrow after 2 weeks of thinking, investigating and wondering! Loving some of the recipes here, but can someone tell me about wheatbran? Are we allowed it as well as oatbran? Can't see it in the book? Ta!
We can use a tablespoon of wheatbran as well as your oatbran allowance if you need it (to help ahem... move things along for example) but not until the Cruise Phase. You should stick to oatbran only in Attack
