Hello all,im on day one of lipotrim,i feel a little lethargic but i guess thats to be expected,i weighed in at 17stone 4 yesterday and bearing in mind 2 years ago i was a 5 times a week gym bunny (weighing approx 12 stone but toned!!) i really have let things go so here i am,i have a lot to lose and i want to exercise at the same time to help combat the saggy skin i know i will be left with (i do work out at this weight as it has huge benefits to my mental wellbeing) but im unsure as to how safe it is on such a low calorie intake?? do i need to wait until ketosis kicks in?? Any advice would be greatfully recieved,oh and will i know for sure when ketosis kicks in as it seems to vary a great deal from person to person
