hi just wandered at what time do you have your packs i am such an evening eater but whilst being on tfr i want to have thm as early as possible and i seem to be fine for the evening.
my first is usually a shake at 9am, then a soup for lunch at 1-2pm then a soup for dinner at bout 5-6pm sometime i swap a soup for a bar.

Im not an evening eater at all so I have my first around 8am, then another around 12/1 and the final one about 6pm. Seems to be suiting me so far but might need to change it if I ever manage to find a job.

I have a soup and a bar at approx 4pm, then another soup around 7-8pm. I know you're supposed to have breakfast to kickstart the metabolism blah, blah but I'm really not bothered about anything but coffee first thing in the morning and it doesn't seem to be affecting my weightloss. ;)

I have a coffee with a teaspoon of vanilla or choc shake with 2 teaspoons of physillum husks first thing and a herbal tea, it's hot and thick and fills me up. Then I have half a shake at a time. First one about 10.30. Usually a milkshake. Then half a pcket soup with husks at lunchtime. As I have 2 half shakes left I usually add some to coffee and have final soup at teatime. I have a rule that I have to leave the bar u til after five cos I love em but all that chewing and sweetness makes me hungry. I usually cut the bar into small pieces and have it spaced from 5-7 o'clock. I also drink a lot of herbal teas I like lemon and Ginger and camomile and vanilla. I have recently found the joys of a nice iced coffee, two tsp coffee 2sweeteners half pack banana and lots of ice....yummy

I dont realy have a routine as such. I do different things on different days so i just fit them in. I never have a pack before about 12 noon. Im not a breakfast person (bad i know) so i stick to coffee. Usually have a milkshake around lunchtime, soup around 5ish and a shake later on again. Some days i split the packs....and i just have half a pack whenever im tempted by the fridge lol x
