Hello people! Day 3 on CD and I am feeling so lethargic? How long does that last?

And I keep brushing my teeth as my breath really stinks. My CDC tells me it is a sign of ketosis coming. Does that mean I will feel better soon?

I am feeling a bit down this morning. And to make things worse, I agreed to go and help a friend with a huge summer house cleaning :( How am I going to survive the day when I can barely motivate myself to shower this morning?

Sorry for the moaning post, I needed to vent I guess! :)

Thanks Tinkerbellsmum :) I can't wait for the weekend. My husband will be with me so it means we can go out together and forget about eating :)

Fingers crossed that I feel better in 4 or 5 days. I'm sure I will, as so many of you have been on it for weeks and are feeling fine. Or maybe I'm a wuss :p

Well, off I go for a day of housework at my friend's. And because I don't want to tell people yet about my diet, I don't know how I am going to manage! I will have to secretly escape to the loo to drink my tetra in peace ;)

I had a huge burst of energy round about day 7. The whole house was cleaned and I seriously couldn't sit down. Its kind of gone again, but I still feel fine and have enough energy to exercise. I tried to exercise the first week and nearly fainted when I'd finished!!

LOL, exercising is something I really can't contemplate right now. :) I can't wait for a boost of energy, the house could with a clean :p

I'm back home now. I couldn't stay longer, I was too tired and my friend's house is so hot! She has 2 other friends there, so she won't miss me :)

I'm gonna go for a nap now, but will read a bit more minimins first xxxx

Hi Jayellekay :) Thanks for the encouragement! I am starting to feel a little bit better already. I think it may be because I will not be alone as it is the weekend and I will have my husband just to myself :D

I even cooked a full English breakfast for OH :)

Well, it's OK so far because I'm a vegetarian so the smell of bacon really makes the whole dish rather unappealing, haha. ;)

But tomorrow we have a guest coming over and I have planned a lovely dessert: now THAT will hard, haha. But my husband will be watching, and so will you all lovely ladies, so I shall not cheat ;)

That should help. I definitely think my energy is linked to my water intake!

Yeah I think it is, I suppose the fat you're turning into energy needs a bit of help from water? LOL, I'm sure it's more scientific than that ;D x

I'm sure it is much more scientific! Hehe!

V true Jay, I'm keeping at it and haven't been 'naughty' once. It'd be an expensive cheat and not worth 3 days of 'those' headaches and shakes!!

I find it quite hard to drink all this water. So now I'm using a 500ml water bottle that I refill. For some strange reason, it's not as daunting as bringing a 2l water bottle with me

This is how I do it!
It's also better for me as I can drink them fairly quickly out of the fridge - and I find it easier to drink water when its cold

Yes that's a good idea. Weirdly I'm the opposite though, I refill a 1.5l bottle throughout the day in work which I tend to drink at least 3 of and about 4 pints at home. Plus coffee....! Considering chuckin a tv into the bathroom lol
