when to move up the plans?

getting slimmer
my bmi is now under 25 (updated my ticker today) :D

does this mean i have to now move up the plans or not? :confused:

someone said on here it does, but my cdc said t wait untill i get to goal (9 st) and then start moving up??

dont know what is right?

my cdc said it was ok to have bars from day oe, and never told me to limit my water flavouring or savory drink. she also said smints were fine to have on ss. ive found out since through being on here, that this is not the case. :mad:

so, when should i start moving up?

starting to miss food abit so gonna give ss+ a go for a bit i think. :)

Yep, like Amanda says, you need to be on at least 810 now.
 
what will losses be like on this?
is it not ok if i ss+ for a few more weeks?

With a bmi of 25 you should be on the 810 plan until you reach goal or a bmi of 20(whichever is sooner) :)
Sorry, I don't know about losses but as we're all individual anyway you'll just have to see for yourself(I'd guess at a couple of pounds per week) :)
Can't guess at what your CDC is saying but it's wrong for sure

My CDC says once I reach BMI 25 I have to move up the plans - can't stay on SS+ anymore.....so your CDC should be telling you the same. Losses are still good on that I believe, but less than SS/SS+.
