Do you think it'll jepordize a weekly loss?

It was my MIL's birthday yesterday so we went to a rather posh italian and I am embarassed to admit I ate my body weight (15st) in olive-oil drenched food.

I really enjoyed the food but ignored my signals of fullness because the food costs so much money!! I am just worried that after having a massive blowout that my weight loss will now suffer.

I am also struggling to instill those positive eating habits again today - why are weekends just so hard!

hmm hard to say, have you tried pointing what you ate, perhaps you are not over by too much and you can maybe ad insome AP to balance out the weekend indulgence


My plan is to have high pointed weekends and less during the week, so i hope that having a good weekend doesnt spoil your wi

Try to point it, I know it's scary but remember you have 49 weeklies which is a lot!! If you don't want to point it, maybe just say you used up all the weeklies and continue with dailies only until WI.
