Hi! Thanks for noticing. I have committed to 45 days at 100% in a challenge which I hope will see me down to goal. I have been basically being stupid and hovering at the same weight for about 2.5 months due to cheating at social events, but I don't want to let myself and my team down so am on the wagon and ready to wrap this up.

It is cloudy in London today, but on the upside I am working from home xx

Thats the thing with CD, it really doesn't work well with social events! I have been lucky and managed to avoid most social events since I started my journey. But then saying that I nearly threw it all out the window because I got so angry with STS for 9 days. I'm a serial weigher. need I say more.

cricket is the sport of kings. the best sport on the planet! plus there are some really fit cricket players (aussie ones anyway lol)

thank you very much! i am feeling pretty good! very excited at the prospect of getting to goal. it's not an unmaintainable goal, and i feel like i will be able to keep it off with excercise and healthy eating. i have to, i have bought a whole new wardrobe and got rid of all my bigger clothes! putting on weight would be an expensive excercise!

    *Waves* Life is crazy.

I've noticed some people missing too. If they got to goal and no longer need the forum that's fine, I just always worry that they fell off the wagon and won't come say "hi" for fear we'd be nasty.

It's sure not getting any easier now towards the end, is it?

Hello - I'm still here (though not an oldie)!

Mrscoffalot - hi hon, day 3 of SS again for me and going well. Weighed this am and 11.13 and 3/4 so only just but very happy to be 11 something for the first time in about 2.5 years! :D

Eyeonthe prize love the new avatar pic :D

Curly - how is maintenance going hon, you have been such an inspiration?

Lunar Jim - definitely a bit of an Oldie :D:D

It does seem a bit quiet on here at the moment generally - not seen Tif and a couple of the others for a while, so hope they are all doing OK!

    xx

I'm still here-week 22 for me now and things have been pretty slow the last couple of weeks. Only lost 1 1/2lb yesterday and 2lb the week before-so I'm hoping to get a much more decent loss next week. Scales went up by 1/2lb on Sunday and haven't budged since:( I've stayed 100% SS all the way so it's really annoying that the weight just doesn't want to shift at the moment. Think it's probably hormonal-totm has been a bit weird the last time round and my IBS was playing up for the first time in ages. If I still have a crap loss next week I might bring forward my AAM week to see if that helps.
