Hey everyone,
I recently purchased some Whey Protein from Holland and Barrett's (banana Flavour) and I was wondering when I should take it?
I go to the gym 3 times a week (usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Should I drink it before I workout and After, in the mornings or before I go to bed?
This will be my very first time drinking it, I'm 16 years old, 6ft tall and weight 88.9kg.
I will be using it to increase muscle mass and lose fat.
What should I mix the whey protein with, I was thinking some extra fruit or some sort of whole grain or something along those lines!

Energy 350kJ and 83kcal
Protein 16.6g
Carbohydrate 1.4g
of which sugars 0.8g
