Following on from the 'oil' thread, I thought I'd ask the question, what butter is best. I don't eat loads of it, but I do like a little on toast or in a sandwich/roll, but remember reading margarines are not good! (not sure how true that is, so please don't shoot me down), but I want the healthiest butter.
Currently I'm using Lurpak spreadable lighter. Is this a butter (it says it's a reduced fat, lurpak butter mixed with olive oil).
