which fibre thingies are ok on S&S??

Hi all, just wondered which fibre thingies are alright on S&S?? I think fibreclear was okay on lipotrim but can't quite remember

Hi, well I brought Tony Ferguson Dietary Fibre Powder from boots as I couldn't find anything else so I hope that will be ok, I'm sure someone will be along soon to let us know what's ok to use

Slim n save now have their own fibre. Saw it on their site. Will definitely be getting some.
