Hi ladies,,
Well I'm torn between Dukan and Slimfast any advice on which is best would be great!!
Get married in 9 weeks and seem to have gained a few pounds along the way mainly because eat when stressed lol xx

Hi Mrs C2B,

9 weeks left till your wedding, you must be getting excited! I don't know much about Dukan, but a friend of mine tried Slimfast with good results. He actually switched to the Tesco own ones after the first couple of weeks, but still have a good weight loss on them.
