Which sounds better?

My bmr + sedentary = 1980 calories


Is it best to eat the same amount of calories per day 7 days a week? 1480 per day to lose 1lb a week

Or

Vary calories per day to allow weekend treats?
1300 sun-thur then 1980 on fri & sat.


Just wondering if it makes a difference in loss doing it either way x
 
I don't think it makes a difference for me personally. It's still the same amount of calories just don't get under 1200 a day.
 
I'd try a couple of weeks of both and compare losses

Personally, I eat less calories in the week and a little more at the weekend - I always go by the weekly deficit on MFP. :) xx
