Good day yesterday, well done. We never had sandwich thins in Ireland and I always wanted to try them. Today I say that Pat the Bakers has made a new product that sounds simular called slimbos. Sorry babbling lol. When is weigh-in for you?

Ooh, let me know when slimbos are like - I'm intrigued! Haha, WI is going to be on Tuesday AM. On a night shift again tonight, it's always hard to stay awake through the night & not eat too much rubbish in my opinion, but meh, I'll keep trying. x x

When I did nights I used to take loads of little meals with me and loads of fruit. Seemed to help.

Slimbos are square very think slices of bread, like a squashed square burger bap haha. Nice though.
