Well said Skinny!! Hehe. Ruthy, you'll be fine. Just get loads of speed foods and try some more red days (as much as you hate them). Plus.... it's only 1lb, you can get that off for next week no problem. I can see why you are frustrated though, especially as you stuck to plan. Grr.

hi is it too late to join in missed last weeks weigh in and have only just got back on line coz ive just moved house if not too late would like yo lose at least 7lb this month (march)
 
Well done to everyone who has lost so far. Lost another 1lb when I weighed on Fri- so total this month so far is 2 lb (but I need to stop weighing twice a week!)

Sorry for late report. Put on 1/2 last week :cry::cry:but was my TOM. Just got back for a girly weekend in Barcelona and must have walked miles and miles.
Tried to keep to programme but did have the odd glass of wine, but saying that had tos of fish.
