Hi everybody! It's the 1st of may and I've kicked off the may challenge (see stickies) by unwrapping j michael's 30 day shred (bought from amazon over a month ago!!;)) and doing day one.

Does anyone fancy joining me in a 30 day exercise challenge of either 30 day shred or 20 mins of any other exercise regime?

Hope I'm not alone lol - ahh games fear from school showing through!!

I did 3 days of the shred last month but then a relative was ill and I went to work, straight to hospital, home for tea and straight to bed but she's alot better now so hoping that my exercise regime can start up again!!

My best advice is DEFINITELY do 'day two' the day after 'day one' no matter how achey you feel!!! I did day one and felt like I was about to collapse after and really didn't want to do day two, but when i did it, it already felt a little easier!!

Count me in although I'm gonna start the DVD on tuesday, as I'm doing 10k marathon today (fun run !!!!!) dreading it, I've done no training, & wit the bank hol this weekend I'm heading out tonite!!!

So 1st thing Tuesday morning gonna do shred, heading to Tenerife on 25th of may so id love a nice toned bod for that xxx

Of course- any challenge is personal and better than doing nothing! The idea is that by the end of may there's only a month left until schools finish and summer clothes are really needed! (hopefully :))

Me too - I have just signed up here and have been doing WW for a while (up and down) and I am doing a 5K run in two weeks. been training but stalled this week. Also got the Shred DVD fairly recently - have done it once!

Il probably be in agony tomorrow because iv never stopped today. I dunno what's up with me iv been feeling extremely motivated all day I just hope it lasts

You guys are awesome! I'm trying to exercise and did 1.7 miles up cheddar gorge yesterday. I have to say the high you get achieving something you would never have done 14 months ago is awesome. Keep going everyone, you can do it xx

I'd love to join. My challenge to myself is to cycle (something i've started after 30 years out of the saddle) at least 2x a week and to have a good walk on the other days... Although i will with your permission have WI day off as i have to work and go to class so no time to exercise then....

Thanks for inviting me, and yes i love the name :)
